Shipping Policy

All products will ship within Seven days. If there is a delay past seven days you will be contacted via e-mail.
Please furnish Filer Medical with your e-mail address.
We ship nothing international, we do not except COD’s or checks. Credit card only.
You must have a valid street address as our carrier will not deliver to Post office boxes.

Return Policy

The product must be returned within Thirty days unused.
Buyer pays return shipping.
The product must be in the same box in which it was shipped and unused.
All Special ordered item or closeout items are non-returnable.
