A return authorization is required. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returned products, which are returned in new condition, will be refunded the full purchase price minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous states and calculate shipping charges based on current UPS rates depending on product and destination. Most of our merchandise is shipped on a drop ship basis directly from our supplier/mill in North Carolina. Our orders are sent to the supplier as soon as we receive them and orders placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday, are normally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST normally ship the following business day. Weather related delays are not subject to freight refunds or adjustments. Since orders are being shipped to you directly from the mill, times may vary, especially during peak seasons.
